Package pricing
Every part of the package uses the same per-m² rates as the roof and painting pages. The package itself is priced on one itemised quote after I’ve seen the house.
Roof restoration

A typical 240 m² Gold Coast roof is around $4,700–$6,500 inc GST.
Exterior repaint

One itemised quote for everything the outside needs.
One quote, one warranty: gutters, fascia, eaves and a soft wash are itemised in the quote. The roof is always done first.
What “per m²” means: roof rates are per square metre of roof area, not floor area. A roof is usually bigger than the house footprint, because the pitch adds slope length and the eaves overhang the walls.
What changes it: pitch, storeys, tile or metal, and any repairs. Your fixed price comes in a written quote after the inspection.

Product warranties come from the paint or coating manufacturer (I’m a trusted Wattyl, Dulux and Taubmans installer), subject to their terms and registration. The exact product system for your job is named in your quote. On a Whole-Exterior Package each part carries the cover above, written into one warranty document.

Do I have to book everything?
No. Choose what the house needs: roof restoration plus any of gutters, fascia and eaves, a soft wash and an exterior repaint. The roof always goes first.
Why roof first?
Cleaning and coating a roof sends water, grit and overspray down the walls. Roof first, walls last means nothing is done twice.
Is it really one warranty?
Yes. Each part carries the cover in the table above, written into one document, with one person to call.
How long does it take?
It depends on what the house needs, and the weather. You get one schedule with every stage on it.
